How to Cut Out an '80s-Inspired T-Shirt

Last Saturday I was invited to a Halloween/Birthday Party and the theme was the EIGHTIES (1980′s). I didn’t want to dress up as the usual Madonna or big haired blonde, so I decided to go as a PUNK ROCKER!

I went online and bought a RAMONES T-Shirt. The “Ramones” are often cited as the first Punk Rock group. This band was a major influence on the Punk Rock movement both in the United States and the United Kingdom.

And if you lived the 80′s era you’ll remember that you never bought a piece of clothes without doing your own alterations to it. So I grabbed my scissors, a pink thread, 2 buttons, a huge safety pin and I let my imagination run wild!

STEP 2: I roll up the sleeves as much as I could

STEP 3: To secure the roll-up sleeve i added a pink button to each side

STEP 4: I cut out the bottom of the t-shirt with a round shape on the sides

STEP 5: The final touch, I cutted the neck to add a big pin
